    I think more appropriate answer is B. There can not be any communication without the Sender and Receiver.

    The best answer would be ‘D’ if it included noise. Answer ‘A’ is missing the sender and receiver, whereas ‘B’ is missing encode, decode and noise. Answer ‘C’ is not relevant.
