Getting along with executives can be seen as the Hygiene Factor(HF) Interpersonal Relationships. That’s about getting along with the people you work with, whether they be fellow employees or customers.
It could also be seen as being encompassed by the HF Supervision, which is about your relationship with your boss and his/her management behavior.

Getting along with executives is categorized as a motivation agent, not a hygiene factor. That said, we could argue that all four choices could fall into either category until we’re blue in the face. That’s the fun part of debating soft skills!
