I have a minor nit to pick with today's question. If you ave not leveled the resources you should not have baselined the schedule. The schedule produced before resource leveling I call a fantasy. So if you call it the initial schedule, rather than the baseline schedule this nit goes away. I check out the questions everyday I think you are doing a great service to the PM community with the subscription you offer. It is especially helpful to those prepping for the PMP exam.
